I ordered lunch here today. The store is always clean, as far as the eye can see. As usual, I was greeted from the moment that I walked inside. For the most part, the staff has never deviated from the customer service especially when entering. It would actually be unusual if someone failed to say something. Other than cleanliness, the customer service is one of the only reasons that I return from time after time. There are times that I frequent this location a couple times a week and then I have moments, where I tire of Subway and stay away for months at a time. With that said, no matter when I return, they still remember me. A couple of times, they have carried on conversations in their language and then chuckled. I really don't think that is cool. However, if you are going to tell a joke or have something funny to say, tell me, I like a good laugh. Other than that, I do not have a problem with them. One other quick point that I noticed on this particular occasion is that the female who made my sandwich went directly from tidying up the beverage station and stepped into the sandwich area, put on gloves and then proceeded to prepare my sandwich. My preference would have been to wash her hands first and then put on gloves, but I did not say anything. I just hoped for the best. The wait was short, so that was a plus. I am glad that a seasoned staff member made my sandwich because oftentimes, the newer staff skimp on the fixings. If I order a veggie sandwich, the expectation is that it is filled with vegetables. I just ate my sandwich and it was good. It was the proper ratio of oil/vinegar and it had the right amount of salt and pepper; not too much and not too little. These are just a few things that have interfered with my enjoyment of the final product. In comparison to their Subway location located not too far away, if it still exists, this location is run way better. The other location never seemed to be as clean as this location and the customer service was not very good.
